The AAC Block Separator uses a flip-cutting technology, with a dual-axis motor driving a lead screw or other adjustable components to control the opening and closing of the separating blades. This ensures precise and efficient separation of the aerated concrete blocks. To reduce environmental pollution, our equipment is also equipped with a dust removal system. The separated aerated concrete blocks are lightweight, heat-insulating, and sound-insulating, making them a viable alternative to traditional clay bricks as wall materials.
