Autoclave: High-pressure steam curing bricks are a key part of the equipment and are directly related to the strength and durability of AAC products.
Control panel: monitors and regulates the entire production process.
6-12 hours. In view of different production needs, the regulation and control of some factors will change. We only provide you with a routine data here. The actual situation will vary according to the pressure of autoclave, the quality of raw materials and the ambient temperature. The whole production cycle is just like the components mentioned above, from stirring, molding, fermentation, cutting to autoclave curing step by step, and there will be the final packaging process.
ZENITH's AAC Brick Making Equipment is easy to maintain with minimal downtime and no disruption to the normal production schedule. Routine maintenance consists of checking the mixing unit, lubricating the moving parts in time, and preferably checking the autoclave and cutting system monthly. The equipment can be used for more than 20 years under the condition of proper maintenance.
