Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Machine

Our autoclaved aerated concrete machines can perform a complete production process, including raw material storage, grinding, batching and mixing, casting and foaming, cutting and molding, and autoclaving. So you don't need to purchase separate machines for each step. It can autoclave materials such as fly ash, lime, and cement to form lightweight, porous structures, finally becoming AAC panels/blocks. These raw materials are industrial waste or byproducts; this reprocessing results in higher resource utilization, and the entire equipment is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

Production Process

1. Raw material pretreatment: Lime, gypsum, etc., are crushed, ground, and stored.

2. Mixing and pouring: Fly ash, cement, etc., are mixed according to the proportion and poured into molds for foaming and curing.

3. Initial curing and cutting: After the green body has been allowed to stand and foam, it is cut into blocks.

4. Autoclaving: The green body completes the hydration reaction under high temperature and high pressure in an autoclave.

5. Finished product processing: After exiting the autoclave, the product is inspected, packaged, and stored. 

Applications of the Final Products

1. Thermal Insulation: Exterior wall insulation: Low thermal conductivity (0.11-0.16 W/MK), significant energy-saving effect, equivalent to the insulation performance of a 49cm clay brick wall.

2. Roof Insulation: Reduces heat loss, suitable for industrial and civil building roofs. Special Function Buildings

3. Sound-absorbing Walls: Porous structure achieves a sound absorption coefficient of 0.2-0.3, suitable for recording studios, conference rooms, and other places with high acoustic requirements.

4. Fire-resistant Structures: Fire resistance temperature up to 700℃, classified as Class A fire-resistant material, suitable for buildings with high fire protection requirements.
