AAC blocks are lightweight wall materials primarily made from stone powder, cement, and lime. To get the final products from those materials, the production process includes casting, cutting, and high-pressure steam curing. All the above steps can be achieved by using our complete equipment. AAC blocks have a density of 500-700 kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity approximately 1/6 that of ordinary concrete. In addition to being lightweight, they can withstand temperatures up to 600°C and offer reliable thermal and sound insulation. When using them in practical construction projects, these blocks are easy to process, no matter if you want to saw, plane, nail, or drill them.
1. Lightweight: Aerated concrete blocks typically weigh 500-700 kg/m³, only 1/4-1/5 the weight of clay bricks and 1/5 the weight of ordinary concrete, making them one of the lightest types of concrete. They reduce the self-weight of ordinary brick and concrete structures by more than 40%.
2. Excellent thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity of aerated concrete is 1/6 that of ordinary concrete, making its thermal insulation performance significantly better than that of a 240mm thick clay brick wall.
3. Strong earthquake resistance: Aerated concrete is lightweight, has good overall performance, and experiences low inertial force during earthquakes, thus possessing a certain degree of earthquake resistance.
