AAC Block Machines

AAC block machines are specialized equipment for producing aerated concrete blocks, and ZENITH can be your supplier of these machines. Using fly ash (after grinding), lime, cement, and gypsum as raw materials, they produce porous, lightweight blocks through processes such as raw material grinding, batching and mixing, mold casting, static oxygen foaming, block cutting, and autoclaving.

The AAC block machines include core components of a batching system, casting machine, cutting machine, and autoclave. A tilting hoist is used for demolding and block transfer, with a cutting precision of up to one millimeter. The production line can process industrial waste such as construction waste concrete and coal gangue, achieving resource utilization through crushing, screening, mold box vibration compaction, and autoclaving. Cutting waste is recycled after being mixed with water, and autoclaved waste is crushed and reused. Annual production capacity is 50,000-300,000 cubic meters.

Processing and Equipment Maintenance

Raw Material Processing Stage

1. Raw Material Quality Control

Lime: Effective calcium oxide content ≥65%, digestion temperature >65℃, digestion time 10-30 minutes (avoid under-burned or over-burned lime).

Fly ash: Fineness must pass through a 0.08mm square-hole sieve (screen residue ≤20%), loss on ignition <8%.

Industrial waste (coal gangue/construction waste): After crushing, particle size ≤10mm, needle-like and flaky particle content ≤15%.

2. Pre-treatment equipment operation

Crusher: Regularly check jaw plate wear (e.g., PE250×400 type, spindle speed 310r/min) to prevent metal impurities from entering.

Ball mill: Control the material, ball, and water ratio (1:1.5:0.4), clean the screen every shift.

Key controls for machine cutting and maintenance

1. Billet cutting specifications

Cutting strength: The billet compressive strength must reach 0.05-0.07MPa before cutting (no indentation when lightly pressed with a finger).

Cutting machine maintenance: Check wire tension daily (pneumatic tensioning pressure 0.4-0.6MPa), replace worn wires promptly.

2. Autoclaving Management

Pressure Increase/Decrease Rate: ≤0.05MPa/min (to prevent block cracking).

Cure Parameters: Maintain constant pressure of 1.2-1.5MPa for 6-8 hours, temperature 180-200℃.

Autoclave Door Sealing: Check the rubber sealing ring before each entry into the autoclave and apply high-temperature grease periodically.
