The AAC Block Machine's mixing system uses a powerful twin-shaft impeller mixer with a linear speed of 1.5-2 m/s. This powerful design and speed guarantee are the foundation for the full and uniform mixing of various raw materials within 3-5 minutes. This allows the material dispersion during processing to exceed 95%, which greatly contributes to the stability of the block quality.
The metering accuracy of the pouring equipment is also very high. It has been strictly adjusted and controlled by us. The metering error of cement is controlled within ±0.5%, and the metering error of aluminum powder slurry is controlled within ±1%. Precise measurement also corresponds to the accurate proportion of each raw material, which in turn affects the pore structure and strength of aerated concrete blocks.
The cutting device is equipped with a high-speed cutting line, and the cutting speed can reach 8-10 times per minute. This allows the blank to be cut into different sizes, with dimensional deviations controlled within ±2 mm, meeting various construction needs.
