AAC Concrete Autoclaved is a crucial process in the production of aerated concrete, achieved through an autoclave. ZENITH factory can provide this equipment, as well as the necessary equipment for other production steps. The autoclave is the only piece of equipment used in the autoclaving process of AAC bricks, and this process is critical to the strength and durability of the finished product.
In AAC Concrete Autoclaved, this process takes place in an autoclave, where controlled pressure (0.8-1.2 MPa) and temperature (180-200℃) allow the siliceous and calcareous substances in the green bricks to fully react and form tobermorite crystals. The formed aerated concrete product undergoes accelerated hydrothermal chemical reactions under high-pressure steam; it is this crucial step that ultimately results in a high-strength, lightweight building material with excellent thermal insulation properties.
Autoclave Curing Process
1. Pressure and Temperature: Autoclave curing must be carried out at a pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa and a temperature of 180-200℃.
Cooling stage: Cooling to ambient pressure and temperature within 2-3 hours.
3. Process flow: Includes steps such as loading the billet into the autoclave, vacuuming, pressurizing, maintaining constant pressure, depressurizing, and unloading. Strict sealing and safe operation are required throughout the entire process.
