By optimizing the foaming agent ratio, adjusting the aluminum powder slurry dosage to 0.5-0.8 kg/m³, and making other adjustments based on actual production needs, combined with the autoclaving process, it produces aerated concrete blocks. The final product combines the advantages of being lightweight (density ≤550 kg/m³) and high-strength (≥3.5 MPa).
Based on production processes and automation levels, lightweight concrete block machines are mainly divided into the following categories:
1. Autoclaved aerated concrete block equipment: Employs autoclaving technology, resulting in a shorter production cycle.
2. Non-autoclaved aerated concrete block equipment: Employs non-autoclaving technology, resulting in high product efficiency.
