The AAC Brick Block Making Machine is a complete system, specifically comprising a jaw crusher, ball mill, mixing and casting machine, cutter, and autoclave, among others. Different pieces of equipment perform different processes: mixing, casting, curing, cutting, and autoclaving. This entire process, combining fly ash, sand, lime, and cement with aluminum powder foaming agent, produces high-quality AAC blocks.
For the final product, the cutting machine is the core of the core. To ensure the consistency of the block dimensions, the cutting must always be precise and errors should be avoided as much as possible. The resulting aerated concrete blocks weigh only 1/4 of clay bricks, have strong heat insulation and seismic resistance, and can be easily sawed and planed.
1. Clean the equipment: After each use, clean the surface of the equipment, molds, feed inlet, and other areas to remove cement residue and dust, preventing material buildup that could affect performance.
2. Check fasteners: Regularly check for loose connections to prevent oil or air leaks caused by vibration.
3. Lubricate components: Apply lubricating oil or grease to bearings, gears, chains, and other moving parts as specified to reduce wear.
4. Electrical system check: Daily check the wiring terminals and wires in the distribution box for aging, and test the sensitivity of the emergency stop button and operating buttons.
