The AAC Cement Brick Making Machine is equipment for producing lightweight, heat-insulating aerated concrete. It can actually be divided into two categories: AAC brick machines and cementless brick machines. Developed and designed by ZENITH, the production process includes batching, pouring, gas expansion, cutting, and curing.
The AAC Cement Brick Making Machine uses siliceous materials such as cement and lime as raw materials in its production process. From the perspective of current industrial and civil construction needs, aerated concrete is an excellent alternative to solid clay bricks. It is porous, lightweight yet strong, provides excellent heat and sound insulation, and is also an environmentally friendly material, reducing pollution. Our equipment is highly efficient in the production process, so from initial production to deployment, aerated concrete helps save land and energy.
AAC Advantages
1. Lightweight and High-Strength: AAC bricks have a density of 500-700 kg/m³, only 1/4-1/5 that of clay bricks, but a compressive strength of 3.5-7.5 MPa, reducing building weight by more than 40% and improving earthquake resistance.
2. Thermal Insulation: Low thermal conductivity (0.11-0.18 W/m·K), the insulation effect of a 20cm thick aerated concrete block is equivalent to that of a 49cm clay brick, significantly reducing building energy consumption.
3. Convenient Construction: Can be sawed, planed, nailed, and drilled, offering flexible processing; prefabricated large panels save labor and improve construction efficiency.
Main Applications
1. Civil Buildings: Non-load-bearing walls (partition walls, infill walls) in residences and apartments, reducing weight and improving insulation performance.
2. Public Facilities: Schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and other places with high requirements for sound insulation and fire prevention.
3. Industrial Buildings: Walls in factories and warehouses, utilizing its lightweight and high-strength properties to reduce structural load.
4. Environmental Protection Projects: Utilizing solid waste to produce aerated concrete blocks, replacing traditional clay bricks, protecting arable land resources.
