ZENITH takes safety into account during machining, so our machines incorporate multiple interlocking mechanisms: emergency stop buttons covering the entire work area, automatic disconnection detection devices providing real-time alarms, and laser obstacle avoidance sensors for moving parts.
1. Blank Positioning and Fixing: The cured AAC blank is fed into the cutting station by the conveyor system and fixed with zero displacement through vacuum adsorption or mechanical clamps, ensuring the stability of the cutting reference.
