Equipment Features

1. The automatic dosing system offers three modes of operation for the operator to choose from:

(1) Manual operation; (2) Semi-automatic operation; (3) Fully automatic operation.

2. Automatic continuous casting of materials.When operating, just press the start button, the system can automatically and continuously pour materials according to the set pouring parameters.After the last batch of materials are all put into the pouring car, the system will automatically weigh the next batch of materials according to a specific sequence.

3. Precise dosing and weighing.AAC Batching and Mixing System controls the material dosage and billet quality in place, and the weighing error is within the controllable range, which will not cause unexpected effects on the casting quality.

4. The system monitors whether the mold cart reaches a predetermined position.When the mold car does not reach the predetermined position, the discharge valve will not be opened, and the material will not be discharged at an inappropriate time.

5. The system is equipped with liquid level meters in slurry tank, lime silo and cement silo to prevent slurry and materials from overflowing.

6. With a simulated man-machine interface, operators can clearly understand the production process.And the system contains a zero return function, only after all the material has been discharged, the second weighing operation can be carried out.
