Autoclave for AAC is classified as Class I and Class II and features either a through-door or an end-door construction with a toothed quick-opening lid and safety interlock. Drive modes include manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic transmission. The main pressure-bearing parts are made of 16MnR steel plate, and the kettle body flange and kettle cover flange are integrally forged with 16Mn. Automatic submerged arc welding process is adopted, and all pressure bearing parts are subjected to 100% X-ray inspection.
ZENITH's products are equipped with worm gear reducers and have triple safety protection: electronic interlock, manual screw and hand reducer. Standard models include 2×21 meters and 31 meters, which can accommodate 20,000 and 30,000 standard bricks respectively. The weight difference is 2-3 tons due to the different wall thicknesses of the containers. The diameter of safety valve is DN80, the thickness of bottom plate is 20mm, and the anchor bolt is 24mm standard part.
