The core components of AAC Mould include mould base and mould base plate.The formwork is divided into movable and integral two types, using double-layer hollow structure for insulation. The inner side panels are reinforced with 10mm thick steel plates. Square steel frame is adopted for the bottom plate of the formwork and reinforced with thick steel plates to improve the deformation resistance. Die plates are available in lengths of 4.2m, 4.8m and 6m to meet different production requirements.
The mold forms a casting space through the combination of mold carrier and mold base plate. After aeration and static curing, the green concrete slurry is conveyed to the cutting process, and finally it is cured in an autoclave with the curing vehicle. The design emphasizes structural stability and component interchangeability. The side panels and bottom panels are specially treated to extend service life while meeting requirements for ease of demoulding and sealing.
