AAC Side Plate

AAC Side Plate is a core component for aerated concrete brick machines. ZENITH can supply you with this equipment, as well as complete machining systems. Our side panels mainly enclose the cavity and form the brick mold together with the bottom plate and the back plate. The inner wall is equipped with a removable molding plate with ribs, so that the brick surface can form a specific structure.

Product Description

In the production process of aerated concrete brick, AAC Side Plate greatly improves the construction efficiency through accurate positioning with an error of ±1mm and dry assembly technology, reducing the plastering process and shortening the construction period by about one third.

Main Functions

1. Molding function: Together with other components, it forms the mold, ensuring the mortar is pressed into bricks of the specified shape and size.

2. Customizability: By replacing molding plates with different surface structures (such as raised ribs), bricks with different appearances or functional characteristics can be produced, improving the flexibility of the production line and the diversity of products.
