Together with the rest of the aerated concrete block production line, the AAC Packing System forms a highly automated production solution. ZENITH has designed this system so that the aerated concrete blocks are packaged directly from the autoclave during the production process. Through the efficient operation of the packaging unit, the task can be carried out continuously in cycles, and this direct packaging of the bricks can also avoid damage caused by manual stacking.
After exiting the autoclave, the curing cart loaded with finished aerated concrete blocks enters the palletless packaging unit via a return track. An automatic feeder positions and moves the cart along the return track. A clamping device uses a brick-holding device to pick up the brick stacks. Before entering the autoclave, the aerated concrete blocks are stacked crosswise. After exiting the autoclave, the crosswise stacked aerated concrete blocks are gathered in the same direction by the clamping device and then transferred along with the transfer pallet via a lifting and pushing mechanism to the return chain conveyor for vertical bundling. The brick stacks are then transported via another vertically arranged lifting and pushing mechanism to a secondary bundling chain conveyor for bundling in the other direction. At this point, the bundled brick stacks are transported to the unloading chain conveyor for unloading, and the brick stack packaging is complete.
