In aerated concrete production, the AAC Pouring Machine is the main equipment, and ZENITH factory has carefully designed and adapted it to produce more efficiently for you. It integrates shuttle car and pouring machine, no maintenance car, lower investment cost, but also can have fixed and mobile two types of choice, according to your production situation.
AAC Pouring Machine is used for raw material mixing and slurry pouring throughout the production process of aerated concrete. We offer two different types. For production lines with an annual output of less than 50,000 cubic meters, we recommend that you choose the mobile type, which will be more cost-effective.
The equipment adopts program controlled pouring operation mode and is equipped with propeller stirring device, which can form vortex in the tank and has high stirring uniformity. At the same time, the pouring arm can be raised and lowered to adjust the height during pouring to prevent slurry splashing. The built-in stirring function prevents the original pulp from solidifying.
Machine Features
1. The new type of aerated block equipment—the fully automatic mobile pouring machine—adopts a wireless remote sensing control system, relying on remote control to eliminate the traditional manual pouring operation. Furthermore, it uses programmed control, automatically moving to the center of each mold frame and opening the valve to begin pouring. After pouring, it automatically closes the valve and returns to the batching tower to refill the slurry.
2. The casting machine automatically activates its built-in mixer when filling the batching tower to prevent the slurry from solidifying and ensure even distribution.
3. The new fully automatic mobile casting machine uses a traveling crane system, with a stable and easy-to-operate overall structure, low maintenance rate, and is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized aerated concrete blocks.
4. It reduces the amount of manual operation in the casting section, cutting the number of workers by half and significantly reducing the cost per block.
Operation Precautions
1. Check that the casting machine equipment, electrical instruments, air lines, valves, etc., are normal, and that common tools such as pry bars and hammers are ready. Release any water accumulated in the compressed air tank.
2. When placing the core, do not close the mold before removing your hand to prevent injury. When two people are operating, they must concentrate, cooperate, and look after each other. Castings should be stacked neatly and stably. The stacking height should be moderate, and sufficient space should be left for pedestrian access.
3. Do not cast if there is a damaged core head, core plate, or improper mold closure.
4. No one should stand in front of the die-casting machine during mold closing and pouring to avoid burns from molten metal. In case of a serious fire or other emergency, immediately release the gas and disconnect the power. Promptly handle any spilled molten metal.
5. Lifting operations must comply with the safety operating procedures for hook operators. Before use, wire ropes should be inspected for damage, and hooks must be securely fastened before lifting.
6. Funnels, rapid thermometers, thermocouple coatings, etc., must be dried before use.
7. After completion, close all valves, disconnect the equipment power, and clean the work site.
